I just wanted to write you a quick note to let you know how pleased and impressed I have been with the work and service we have received from Paul’s Sheet Metal on our lake house in Hayward. In addition, recently I was very impressed by your service technician Brent Smith. When we called the week of Christmas with some concerns we had about our furnace. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get it checked out, but Brent was there the next day! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed some piping and spent a fair amount of time educating us about caring for our furnace. These days this kind of customer service is hard to find and I want to commend you for having such dedicated personal. Thanks again!
